Booking & Stallholder Information
TO BOOK A SITE
Please book at the Gloucester Visitors Centre for bookings and guidelines:

SITE ALLOCATIONS:
Regular stallholders who are marked on our stall map may set up in their regular places upon arrival. Casual stallholders please wait for Lorraine and Rob Atkins who will arrive by 7.30am to allocate casual sites.
TABLES:
A limited number of tables are available for stallholder use - 1 per stall. Please indicate when booking your site if you need a table. Leftover tables may be allocated on the day after booked tables have been handed out, check on the day with organisers. Please DO NOT set up on the park picnic tables.
PAYMENT:
Stalls are $20 each. Please pay when booking either in cash or with a cheque made out to Gloucester Community Organisations Inc. A receipt will be issued for your records. The Visitors Centre cannot process Eftpos or Credit Card payments for the markets. If posting your payment please include details of market date and insurance if required.
INSURANCE:
You will need to provide a current copy of your market insurance at the time of booking, and to provide a copy of your renewed insurance each year. If you don't have insurance, there is some information here.
SETUP:
Setup from 7am. Markets open officially at 9am, but early shoppers often come through. You may drive into the park to load and unload, but cars must then be removed.
WET WEATHER:
If wet weather is expected, the committee may book the nearby Recreation Centre for the market, so check with the committee on the day before setting up if it's raining.
